Individual Behaviour Framework
  • Personal Factors- This includes aspects such as personality traits, attitudes, beliefs, values, motivations, and cognitive abilities that influence how an individual perceives and reacts to situations.

  • Environmental Factors- External influences such as culture, social norms, family upbringing, peer groups, and organizational policies that shape and constrain individual behavior.

  • Perception and Decision-Making- How individuals perceive information, make sense of it, and use it to make decisions. This involves cognitive processes, biases, and heuristics that impact decision-making.

  • Social Interactions- How individuals interact with others, including communication styles, group dynamics, leadership behaviors, and the influence of social networks on behavior.

  • Organizational Context- The specific environment within an organization, including its structure, systems, rewards, and culture, which affect individual behavior and performance.

  • Biological Factors- Biological influences such as genetics, brain structure, and hormonal balance that may contribute to certain behaviors or predispositions.
