Carl Jung classified personality into two types:
1. Extrovert Type
Extroverts are energised by socialising in larger groups of people and having many friends.
- They are talkative.
- They think in terms of objectives.
- They accept change easily.
2. Introvert Type
Introverts are energised by spending time alone or with a smaller group of friends.
- They are less risk-taking and directive-oriented.
- They require strong motivation and specific directions.
- They have their own philosophy and ideology to guide their thinking.
- They do not accept change easily.
